AT&T Galaxy S7 Official Nougat Updates to version G930AUCU4BQA4 Spotted for Release

Since we already posted about AT&T's Galaxy S7 edge upcoming Nougat updates, therefore it's time to talk about AT&T Galaxy S7 Nougat updates as well.

For those who owns a AT&T Galaxy S7, you folks should also keep an eye of the upcoming Nougat update for your precious device.  Again, the much awaited Android Nougat updates has been around at AT&T’s public server for a quite some time now, but the very exact date to when the rolls out begins are still unknown.

Similar to Galaxy S7 edge update to version G935AUCU4BQA4 as we posted earlier, the Galaxy S7 will also soon receive an update to build version G930AUCU4BQA4. 

Here are build version details of the upcoming Nougat update for AT&T Galaxy S7  (SM-G930A).

Again, this is not officially rolled out yet, and maybe someone at AT&T can determine the exact time of its deployment. All we need to do is just to wait for now and give it some couple of days, but always keep an eye of it.

To do so, simply head to your phone’s Settings > About device > Check software update.

How to update AT&T Galaxy S7 via Over-The-Air:

  • Ensure your battery is fully charged before starting the software update. This is a must and very important part to get rid of some issues if ever the software update being interrupted due to a power failure.
  1. From the Home screen, tap the Menu Key > Settings > About device > Software updates > Check for Updates.
  2. If your device finds a new software update, tap Download now. When complete, a screen will appear advising you that the new version of software is ready to be installed. Tap Install update.
  3. The device will power down and power back on. A screen will appear stating that the installation has been completed. Tap OK.
  4. You’ve successfully updated your Galaxy S7 Android OS.
